The IMW Recipe Contest

Do you want to win FREE maple from Ithaca Maple Works (IMW)? We are looking for local maple enthusiasts to contribute a NY maple recipe, so we can create the 1st edition IMW NY Maple Recipe eBook. For every recipe you enter, you receive 1 chance at a random drawing for 1 FREE 12 oz bottle of 100% Pure NY Maple Syrup, 1 FREE 5 oz pack of 100% Pure NY Maple Sprinkles, and 1 FREE 6 oz 100% Pure NY Maple Crème from IMW. No more than 3 recipes per person allowed.

Here are the rules:

1. Your original recipe must include 100% Pure NY Maple Syrup, Sugar, or Crème.  

2. Your recipe must include the following information:

   • Your name and hometown (we want to give credit to the creator)

   • A descriptive and fun title (feel free to be creative)

   • ​A short description of your creation

   • Estimated number of servings

   • An ingredient list in chronological order (i.e., listed in the order of use in the recipe with amounts required)

   • ​Preparation method including utensils, cooking times and units of measure (e.g., teaspoon, grams, ounces, etc…)

   • ​A photo of your creation!

3. Submissions will be accepted until December 31st 2023 at 5:00PM EST. The winner, identified by random drawing from recipe entry participants will be determined and notified by January 1st, 2024 at 11:59PM EST. 

We recommend that you prepare the recipe in a word processing program

and then copy and paste your responses in the form below.
