What is your favorite type of sprinkle?

Sprinkles come in all sorts of shapes and sizes. At Ithaca Maple Works we have three sizes we are experimenting with, for you, our customers.

Fine: This is the equivalent molecular size to granulated sugar. It actually is a 1:1 in your cooking recipes with granulated sugar, though it adds more maple flavor and minerals!

Medium: Use this especially as a marinade on meat and veggies, as a spice, or in your oatmeal for a slight crunch and maple flavor.

Course: These are the pearls of maple sprinkles. They are excellent on ice cream and frosting toppings.
